Yair has dedicated his career to tackling complex challenges in the Israeli Intelligence Special Operations Forces, initiating and implementing far-reaching paradigm shifts in planning and operations. For his achievements, Yair was awarded the prestigious Israel Defense Prize. As an executive in the mining sector in the last ten years, Yair has led various Mineral Exploration R&D and operations programs in the South and North Americas, collaborating with top research institutes in the US, Canada, Australia, and England.
Yair holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem.
Amitai's background as an executive in the Israeli Intelligence Special Operations Forces and in a global Mineral Exploration company has afforded him a unique skill set for solving complex Search & Find challenges. Across his various roles, Amitai applied a multi-disciplinary methodological approach, integrating technological and human behavioral solutions to achieve ambitious goals. Over his last decade in the mining and exploration sector Amitai oversaw international Corporate Infrastructure and led diverse mineral exploration operations.
Amitai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geographic Information Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and MBA from Isenberg School of Business, UMASS Amherst.
Yoav is a Product Leader with vast experience in building and managing AI/ML products from creation to production. His true passion is working on highly technical products that have a positive impact on our world.

Involved with > US$250m of transactions including capital raises, IPOs, M&A, joint ventures, asset spin outs and project sales. Significant team building experience covering multiple jurisdictions. Proactive approach to addressing the significant talent gap the mining industry faces.
Michael is an experienced finance professional with 15 years of experience working within the energy industry in a variety of roles: accounting, finance, commodity trading, risk management, and business development. Recently, he worked for 7 years building a successful energy marketing company. He has a deep desire to be part of an innovative company working to adapt and transform the industry to meet the global environmental and economic demands. Residing in Denver, CO he obtained his MBA from the University of Denver. Outside of the office he loves spending time outdoors with his family; mountain biking, skiing, and enjoying the vast opportunities living in the mountain west.

His background is as a geologist, and he is currently co-owner of Hephaestus Consulting Services Inc. offering consulting and management services to the minerals industry. He is a consultant to EMX Royalty Corp (TSX-V: EMX), a director of Rackla Metals Inc. (TSX-V: RAK), and a technical and management advisor to multiple groups with international projects and clients.
Gordon has a diverse background as an accomplished corporate director, strategic advisor, investment banker, senior mining executive and geoscientist. He is recognized for his strategic vision, board leadership, and entrepreneurial skills. Gordon currently serves as the Advisory Board Chair of Origin Merchant Partners and chairman of Black Loon Group, a private mining investment firm. He advises mining boards and management teams on financing and developing projects worldwide and has served on VerAI’s advisory board for the past several years.
Gordon has held influential positions, as the past Chairman of the Board of the Canada Mining Innovation Council (CMIC). As an investment banker, he was the Vice Chairman of Mining & Metals for Standard Chartered Bank, Vice Chairman and Head of Global Metals and Mining at National Bank Financial Inc., and senior investment banker with Newcrest Capital Inc., NM Rothschild & Sons Canada Limited and CIBC World Markets. He has previously served as a director for public mining, exploration, and royalty companies, including IAMGold Corporation, NexGen Energy Ltd, and Royal Gold. Gordon has been leveraging his business and boardroom experience in resource development strategies, along with his technical background as a geoscientist, to create innovative solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
Tim is the CEO of Fuerte Metals, a mineral exploration and development company focused on the Americas. Tim is a professional geologist and accomplished mining executive with over 30 years of experience in all phases of mineral exploration, from grassroots exploration through feasibility, from development to operations. Tim has held board or senior leadership roles with some of the most successful exploration companies of the past decade, which have together discovered over 30 million ounces of gold in North America, Africa and Europe. From 2016 until 2022 Tim served as the President and CEO of Fiore Gold Ltd, which was acquired by Calibre Mining Corp. in a premium transaction for $151M in late 2021.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Manitoba (MSc) and McMaster University (BSc) and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.
Stanton is an operational executive who has led five rounds of capital, successfully sold two private equity backed companies and helped successfully retool the equity franchise of a top 35 broker dealer. He is currently an Executive in Residence with Warburg Pincus and most recently was co-head of equities for Guggenheim Securities. Prior to that he was CEO of OTR Global, a global research & data business operating in 17 different countries and CEO of Vista Research, a Blumberg Capital portfolio company, where he oversaw its successful sale. Stanton began his career on Wall Street, at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. He is an active member of Tribeca Early Stage and holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
Charlie joined Chrysalix in 2008 and is responsible for leading the investment selection process in its RoboValley Fund. He has a passion for anticipating how emerging technology can solve problems that matter and devising marketing strategy to successfully establish new startups. Charlie holds a PhD in Optoelectronics and Materials Science from the University of Southampton and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley, where he was a Haas Venture Capital Fellow and a Sainsbury Management Fellow.
